Appointments Appointments for services over $75.00 are confirmed by the use of a major credit card. We encourage you to arrive 10 minutes early for your first appointment to relax and complete a registration form. Treatments will end at the scheduled time, regardless of your arrival time.
Cancellations We know how busy everyone is and your appointment may be difficult to keep. Should this happen, we ask that you give us at least 3 hours notice. Less than 3 hours we reserve the right to charge 50% of the service cancelled. No-shows will be charged the full 100%.
Gratuities If you have been warmly cared for and enjoyed your service, gratuities are welcome and appropriate. You may tip your service provider by leaving cash or check endorsed directly to them. You may also leave a gratuity on a credit card.
Return Policy If you are not satisfied with products purchases, please return unopened products for store credit within 10 days with receipt. Store credit will be issued, no cash refunds for products, gift cards or services.
Health Disclosure Please disclose any medical conditions, pregnancies, allergies, or prescription medications you are taking for your safety and comfort prior to your service.
Special Events We can comfortably accommodate small parties and welcome special corporate, birthday and bridal events. Please speak with our staff to coordinate your special visit.
Requests
- Your Spa experience should be relaxing and peaceful. Therefore we respectfully
request that all cell phones and beepers are turned off during your stay at the Spa.
- As a safety precaution, we ask that babies and young children not be brought to
the Spa.
- Any guest under the age of 16 interested in Spa services must have a consent
form signed by a consenting parent or guardian.
